In Shape Mummy Pty Ltd (ABN 42 612 031 008), P.O. Box 1259 Paradise Point, Queensland, Australia 4216 is an online weight loss and wellness company that provides its customers weight loss products and services.
Delivery Policy
We deliver our products using Australia Post, sent from In Shape Mummy in the Gold Coast, Australia. Shipping costs are a flat rate of $9.95 for orders under $85 and will be added to the order total before checkout. Free Shipping is available on orders over $85. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on week days after you place your order. Delivery times are subject to Australia Post.
Subscriptions
In Shape Mummy offer both one off purchases and monthly subscriptions. If you order a subscription, your order will be dispatched every 30 days from the date you placed your order. Unless modified by you on our website, the credit card used to set up the initial subscription will be charged for subsequent orders. Subsequent orders will not be charged until they are dispatched. Minimum subscription is for 2 months. Cancel anytime after 2 orders by logging into your subscription portal or by contacting support@inshapemummy.com
Shipping Outside Australia
In Shape Mummy ships products within Australia and New Zealand. For international orders. please contact us at support@inshapemummy.com to enquire.

Refund & Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your In Shape Mummy Health Shake purchase we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the invoice date. Please email us at support@inshapemummy.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems and post the opened or unopened packaging to In Shape Mummy at PO Box 1259 Paradise Point, Queensland 4216 before the end of the 30 days. The guarantee only applies on your initial order with In Shape Mummy for an item that you are trying for the first time. NOTE. We will only refund a maximum of 2 items per customer. Combined value of the products must be under $100.
Return postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you prepay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. In Shape Mummy will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
If a refund is issued, a $10 shipping cost will be deducted from the amount refunded. You can return your order for a refund, exchange or store credit.
