Delicious Fudgesicles

You’ll love these tasty treats, and so will your kids! Try this healthy and delicious version of chocolate ice cream!

Cashews are lower in fats and higher in proteins than other nuts and are a very good source of magnesium, potassium, iron and zinc. These nutrients help your immunity, improve energy levels and help you sleep. Only 200 calories per serve.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Cashew Nuts
  • 1 3/4  Medium Bananas
  • 1 1/4 tbsp Cacao powder
  • 1 3/4 tbsp Honey
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 tbsp Coconut Oil

Method

Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into moulds and freeze. They will be ready after a couple of hours.
