Planning your meals and preparing your food ahead of time can help you become more deliberate with the food you are eating. When you intentionally think about what you eat before you eat it, you will make better food choices.
Planning ahead also means you’ll have healthy food available when you are ready to eat - whether that’s at home or out and about. Be sure to pack a healthy lunch box if you’re heading out or have a snack before you leave. Don’t be tempted to buy an unhealthy muffin if you are hungry when you‘re out. Be armed and prepared!
