Andrea says, “For too long I have seen patient after patient for various complaints, who say to me ‘I never knew about these risks’ or ‘I wish somebody had told me’. It’s time to get the good news out there, that exercise can be fun and safe, with a little guidance.”
Andrea is a physiotherapist at Focus on Women Physiotherapy on the Gold Coast after moving up from Melbourne with her family.
